The West Suburban Dental Hygienists’
Society (WSDHS) is a component of the Illinois Dental Hygienists’ Association
(IDHA). The IDHA is a state
organization, which is part of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association
(ADHA). Do you like working under
general supervision or are you licensed to administer local anesthesia? You have the IDHA to thank for that. The ADHA is the only national organization
responsible for promoting and supporting our profession. If you are not a member of the ADHA, please

WSDHS would not exist without volunteers and there is a
place for you! Currently, there are
openings on the board and we can always use someone to chair and help on
committees. Please consider volunteering.
Not only will you learn new skills, you will be helping our
profession. Note: you do need
to be a member of the ADHA in order to serve on the board or chair a
